Membership Terms & Policies
All bookings for podcast rental space in Los Angeles must follow these guidelines.
Billing & Renewal
- • Memberships are billed upfront for 6 months (non-monthly payments).
- • Memberships are non-refundable once payment is processed.
- • Auto-renewable every 6 months unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal.
Additional Studio Time
- • Great value—members pay only $55/hour for any extra time beyond included hours.
- • Original rental rate for non-members: $75/hour.
Cleaning & Responsibility
- • No cleaning fee applied for members—billing waived!
- • Studio must be left clean, with all equipment returned to its original place and no damages.
- • Any damages to the studio or equipment will be assessed and added to your bill.
Parking
- • Free on-site parking spaces included with every membership.
Booking Requirements
- • All studio time must be reserved in advance by calling 1-818-357-0118.
- • Bookings require at least 72 hours notice.
Add-On Services
- • Any additional services (photographer, videographer, etc.) must be scheduled in advance.
- • Full payment required before the shoot date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- • Reschedule allowed at least 72 hours prior to your booked date—at no extra cost.
- • Cancellations or changes less than 24 hours prior will be treated as a no-show: included hours will be forfeited, no refund/reschedule allowed.
Overage Policy: Keep Creating Without Limits
Memberships are limited to the included hours per month as per your agreement—ideal for planned sessions. Need more? Additional hours are just $55 per hour for members (vs. $75 per hour for non-members). We'll track usage in-app and notify you before hitting your limit, so you can extend seamlessly without interruption.
